Boa limpeza e bom atendimento especialmente a moça que serve o café da manhã. Chuveiro poderia ser melhor e com mais pressão de água e, pra piorar, ele estava meio entupido e tive que comprar uma escova para passar nele e melhorar o problema. A tv também poderia ser maior.

O hotel é bom e a equipe se empenhou, prejudicou a estadia um bar próximo, produzindo barulho extremo, inclusive de rachas de motos, que, espero, sejam apurados com rigor. É a primeira vez que estive e houve problemas de barulhos externos, tornando péssima qualidade de sono da noite. O Hotel afirma ter chamado a Polícia de Franca que, aparentemente, ou nada fez ou não teve competência para encerrar a arruaça, raciocínio que se repete à Prefeitura de Franca, que deveria punir exemplarmente o bar, que não tem o menor respeito ao silêncio, paz e sossego que pessoas que trabalham merecem. Fica anotado meu pedido que adotem providências sérias e urgentes!

Local é agradavel e de facil acesso. Bom cafe da manha. Todavia, mesmi ficando só uma diária, o que fiquei decepcionado foi por nao haver um berço para criancas. Banheiro muito pequeno e as portas nao ter um suporte na parede para trava la aberta. Nao havia sal para pipocas da recepcao. Nao ser possivel devolver produtos da recepcao que nao consumimos. Televisao com poucos canais disponiveis. Acho que se melhorar um pouco disso, ficaria excelente.
