"We were so pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade to an amazing suite! We had booked a room for 4 people with a mezzanine loft for our daughters, but with the upgrade, the room had an additional bathroom and a high quality pull out sofa that came in handy when we had an unexpected visitor. "The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem."
