"Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...

"The hotel is under renovation, very dirty parking lot with construction materials in the nack lot, found screws near our vehicle tires. NO towel racks in the bathroom, no extra towels - had to ask for more, and they charged us $50 for "incidentals" which we did not use and now have to wait 3 to 5 days for refund! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST QUALITY INN EVER- this place should NOT HAVE the "Quality" brand, disgrace to the name!"

"I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. "

"I had a hard time with the smell of a Pine-sol type of cleaning product that was used. A bit overwhelming to the senses. Otherwise fine. First time using a computerized desk person. That was interesting, but worked fine. "
