Our stay at the Limehome Hotel Apartments was excellent. The rooms were beautiful, large, clean, and very spacious. The property is perfectly located in the center of Darmstadt, right in the market area, and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants offering Turkish, Italian, Indian, Middle Eastern, and Halal cuisine. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darmstadt.

For my first visit to Darmstadt, this was a great location. It's an easy walkable city with much to do. Scooteres to get out to lab where I was working and it was nice to just scooter back at the end of the day, grab dinner at one of the many restaurants on the block and relax among the people. Really enjoyed the room and accommodations.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Darmstadt! This apartment was a joy to stay in: Clean, comfortable with everything that you need and even a laundry in the building. Easy walk to restaurants, pubs and shops and many sightseeing spots. Absolute top!

The room was very clean and the amenities were quite good with the kitchenette. Quiet and easy access to the internet. Good location. Finding the Limehome location was tricky because the instructions weren’t clear. The real issue with logistics was locating the 6-digit code to access level 5. The info was buried in an email. Please make that info more prominent. Thx.

Cleanliness could be better but great location.

Had trouble using a code for the room but thankfully was able to fix this quickly via whatsapp. There were stains on a chair and the toilet wasnt clean 😒. Also looked like there were pee stains on the walls in the corridor. Great location though.

Very clean and well maintained, since they don't have a receptionist they need to reply to communications faster over WhatsApp. The only negative thing besides that was the pee smell coming from the bathroom all the time, my guess the drains don't have proper air pipeline

Phone number was hard to locate online. I wanted to cancel booking but there was no proper form of communication. I had to ask a local, at a different hotel to help. Limehome wouldn’t accommodate early check in with all of our luggage. And the staff was not very friendly when I finally got through on the phone. In the end, there was no solution for the issue we had. And it could not be refunded. We ended up staying at another place.

Limehome Top-Hotels.com Kommunikation Flop

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut - der Check in Katastrophe. Die erste Nacht standen wir auf der Straße, da wir nicht einchecken konnten. Die Kommunikation zwischen Hotels.com und Limehome hat nicht funktioniert und wir haben keinen Code für das Apartment bekommen. Nach 22 Uhr ist kein Mensch erreichbar. Weder bei Hotels.com noch bei Limehome. Es gibt keinen Hausmeister, keine Notfallnummer .... nichts ...
