7 minutes walk to train station. Quiet area. Close to city center as well. Pretty clean. They have a little GYM room, which will be enough to keep yourself in shape)

Looked good, but…

This looked like quite a good deal and alternative in Frankfurt downtown. Check-in information was on time, however service and overall experience I find below expectation. Would not book this again.

Convenient location for a lot of the attractions. The remote check in was chaotic and not easy. Had the hotel been transparent with the information they needed upfront it would have made our lifes easier. We had to do the remote check in with patchy wifi and without a computer. That was a real problem and the people we dealt with were not accommodating. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

As some others have mentioned, check in is not convenient. There is a form that needs to be either printed and signed, or you need Acrobat or something similar, the auto fill/sign fields don't work. There was a couple checking in when I got there who obviously didn't get the memo and were on the phone trying to check in. So, if you are staying here, check in a couple of days in advance. That place itself was nice, suitable for an extended stay, with a week equipped kitchen. The price is reasonable, it was very clean and the location is very convenient, though you walk through some gritty sections to get there. Would stay there again.

YOU MUST FILL OUT FORM BEFORE ARRIVING otherwise you'll delay yourself from a quick check-in. It's a self check-in and rooms are available mostly after 3pm. Most of the communication is done by Email. Cleaning department is from 10am-5pm so if you need anything request withim the time frame, after 5pm you must communicate by email for next day. Checkout is at 10am Only request for late check out is until 6pm for 42 CHF Either 10am or pay 42CHF to change check out until 6pm There is someone until 4pm I believe if you need any assistance. The apartments themselves are good, a little smaller than expected. No safe box. About 5-7 minutes walking to the Train station. Comes with coffee machine, kettle, iron, iron board, dryer, refrigerator and plates and cups and other things. In the area of the hotels during the night time I didn't see any homeless people or anything, But getting closer to the train station you'll find more homeless people and a lot of trash. You'll find homeless people too in the center and outside of the shopping area but in front of the hotel I didn't see anything. A few stores and restaurants very close to the hotel which is very good.

Yes, kitchen was fully equipped with necessary items, rooms were clean but there was only 1 double bed for 2 persons while we thought they would provide us 2 single beds, also only 1 quilt for 2 persons ! You couldn't lock/close proper gate of the washroom, so there would be definitely smell in room once you get fresh at washroom because door not close completely !

The property was secure, well-located, but privacy curtains did not close and, on street level, you are in a fish tank. The floors are super slippery when wet. Management is slow to respond and cleaning is once a week.

I stayed at this property for 10 days but did not receive any room cleaning throughout my entire stay. There was no shampoo or toilet paper provided. I do not recommend this property. Additionally, there was a constant smell of smoke.

Nice spot, just need not to be so strict with the check-in time. the door even didn't open 5 min before 3 pm! does not look good on the property people bunching up in front of the door and then rush at 3. Think of a grace period!
