"Although, the property is going through a renovation or rather a "glow up" the service was still excellent 👏 Everything was explained and in writing. The breakfast staff was EXCEPTIONAL! We booked through Expedia, and when we got to the hotel, the one person at the front desk told us that it is common that not all details are transferred from Expedia to them. I didn’t know what he was talking about until I asked about the crib for our daughter (10 months). He then stated that this information had not been transferred from Expedia to them. "Rooms don’t have air con and face a busy street - so the room heats up really badly and you can’t open window besides there isn’t any draft."

"The rooms were gorgeous and it’s in a really beautiful location with lots of great dining a couple streets away. We were there on a Saturday night and excited we could eat well and people watch but then go somewhere quiet to sleep. Not a big lounge or sitting area outside of the apartment. The reception is small and breakfast area small. But the suites are lovely so you don’t really need that."

"I flew in to Frankfurt at 9pm and my flight was at 11am the next day so I needed a hotel !!!! I didn’t want to stay in one of the attached airport hotels so I started looking online. When I saw this hotel on Expedia, I booked it! Taxi drivers wanted to charge me 22€ to get there but I went by Uber so 11€ plus tip!! Checking in was easy as the gentleman doing it was GREAT !!!!! The room was great!!!! Appeared to be newly renovated and all including shower was wonderful ! Breakfast Buffet...

"Good location, near train station, in area full of supermarket, cafe, Backery, ….etc. Check-in is written to be late, at 04 pm, check-in is at 11 am, too early. There is no keys for the out-door or for the room, but codes. If you leave the room, it is difficult to keep it closed. It is clean room with wide space, full of everything you need."
