"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said...

"The apartment was nice. It’s quite a walk from the centre of Salzburg but a nice walk along the river. Unfortunately the electrical equipment provided was unsafe and the hairdryer exploded whilst I was using it with lots of smoke. I reported this but the staff didn’t seem particularly bothered. I’m glad it was an adult using the hairdryer and not a child. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason. I think that all electrical equipment within the complex should be reassessed for safety."

"Nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Hotel staff were super helpful and recommended some excellent places to eat. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Salzburg. As we were there during the recent heatwave, the AC was very much appreciated!"

"This place was awful. You cannot get a response from them, the apartment faces an alley of dumpsters and it is on a major bus line so is incredibly noise. It is very hot - over 90 degrees in the unit. We were given two fans - one was completely broken, the other barely worked and made a clicking sound all night. We left after only one night because it was so bad. No refund was given or consideration for the terrible experience. Do not book here."
