"Great location, friendly staff, and close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Easy to get around on foot or by public transit. The hotel offers great views of both midtown and downtown. So many great restaurants nearby, with Little Italy, Chinatown, and Soho within walking distance. The hotel offers good discounts to guests for many nearby restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again! "

Never texted room was ready for check in despite pre check in at front desk. Asked for later check out and was given one hour more. Only to have them lock us out of our room at the non extended time. "High design boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff is always delightful and courteous. Great rooftop microbar. Trendy on-site speakeasy (seems to be an outside vendor, not run by the hotel) is a beautiful space and crowd managed well, service inside bar could use some work."

"Location next to Soho, Chinatown and Little Italy was great. Property was extremely clean, front of house staff were polite and professional. Room was large for NYC standards. For the price, it was a great value. I'm not a "chain" person, but this made me reconsider, as it was a clean, newly done, and well run property for the modest rate."
