"Simple maintenance like fixing closet shelves/racks to be able to use and knows on the stove should have been addressed prior to renting room. Front office unavailable and not equipped to handle issues when they arise. Facility should offer a 'Cart' for moving in/out efficiently, not a laundry basket on wheels. Small changes could reflect big difference."

"The room was grossly dirty. I took pictures and shared with the desk the minute l checked in but was told that cleaning is once a week. When the lady came to clean 7 days later, she spent 5 minutes removing trash and sweeping part of the floor. She didnt change the linen or exchange the towels - company policy. This is not a hotel or motel, its a dormitory."
