"They are seriously understaffed. The poor front desk person was doing everything. Housekeeping never showed up in the 4 days stay. We had to ask for towels and hair dryer after two days. Bathrooms on the lobby were out of service. We stayed at Hampton Inn many times but this was the worst experience... "

The property and rooms were clean, although our room had a little bit of a funky smell at first. We would stay again. The location was super convenient for everything we wanted to do in the area. The train to get into the city was only a couple miles away."
