"This hotel was a lifesaver during a recent business trip to Boston. Lots of conferences etc. going on jn town and everything was booked so… At first glance it was clearly different from where I usually stay (a hotel with all the amenities in the heart of the city.) But once I settled in I was very happy. Situated in a lovely old-school suburban neighborhood with plenty of signs of gentrification going on. Lots of terrific restaurants just a DoorDasher or Uber Eats order away, and a quick (and cheap) trip via Uber/taxi to the Riverside T stop which will take you right into town via the Green Line. Big rooms and nice having a kitchen w/ coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. And—BONUS!—a laundromat where you can dI a couple of loads of wash if you need to! Hairdryer and iron/board jn the room. Great deal, especially for families."

"Absolutely fabulous guest service and hospitality at Four Points by Sheraton Newton! A huge thank you to Khanh, Nakia, Emma, and the entire team for taking care of even the smallest requests with so much warmth and attention right from the moment I entered the hotel. From helping with my luggage and making sure I had water bottles, to sending an engineer to my room to increase the cooling, arranging an early check-in, and even accommodating a late checkout — every little detail was handled so thoughtfully. After a long flight, I was completely sleep-deprived and exhausted, but the team genuinely took care of me and made me feel pampered and comfortable throughout my stay. This is exactly what true hospitality feels like — making a guest feel looked after, valued, and at home. Thank you once again to Khanh, Nakia, Emma, and the entire Four Points by Sheraton Newton team for such a wonderful experience!"

"Within walking distance Of riverside T if you don’t have too Much luggage and the auburndale commuter rail station. Full supermarket a kilometer away if you aren’t on a corporate expense account. Marriott mattresses are great. Typical over priced restaurant and ridiculous breakfast prices. They have awful In room coffee. There is a Starbucks and a hertz car rental. Right on the Charles River. You can park in the local streets overnight"
