"The room was clean but very basic. The bathroom was older and definitely could use some upgrades. The sealing had stains and there were spaces and loose fixtures. The water pressure was really low and the temperature was all over. It went from cold to really hot to warmer and then back to hot without me touching it. If you’re looking for luxury, it won’t be here but if you just need a quick place to sleep and shower, then this will be ok. "

After expressing my disappointment, the clerk mentioned he found a single room and checked me in handing me the key. I opened the room door and to my surprise, the room was not vacant. "Overall, very good room for the price we paid. I would have preferred extra blankets and pillows in the room, but enough were provided and I didn’t ask for more. We were also welcomed by two (harmless) spiders, who we helped find happier lands down the hall. The free breakfast was okay. Good for free, so can’t complain. "The main issue was that my bedroom on the 1st floor had an unlocked window so anybody could've climbed into my room through the window had I not checked it! The place had some sketchy characters outside, it often smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby and the receptionist would smoke just a few steps outside of the lobby. "I reserved a room and paid for it was charged on my card and everything and when me my husband and 2 1/2 year old son got to the hotel after driving all that way and paying and being charged, I was told my reservation had been cancelled but yet I was never sent an email of a cancellation so I assumed my reservation was still good especially after I paid for it. "Love the pool and breakfast! The place is clean! I think the staff could be less standoffish, but maybe as you get closer to Boston that's what happens. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay!...

"Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Wonderful free hot breakfast with lots of options and attentive staff. Comfortable beds. Housekeeping did a light clean; emptying trash and replacing towels. Some issue with the television but staff was responsive. Restaurant was not open. Our room faced the parking lot and there were people making noise for at least an hour after 9:00 at night."

We checked in but were going to dinner with family so we did not go up to our room until later in the evening. We noticed a very loud fan noise that we could not locate in room 332.
