We asked for conditioner to be refilled and were told it would be taken care of, but it wasn’t. "I was really disappointed in this hotel. Especially the room that we spent over 500 for each night. Clean room, comfy bed, nice sheets but the room was smaller than I have experienced for 2 people, even though it was a “deluxe queen”. What was worse was the only window was against a wall with nesting pigeons, so no light could get in. This would be a 200 a night room. The value is where I rated it a 3. If you book 233 you will have a room that you share with a wall and pigeons. "

"All staff we came into contact with from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast/happy hour to doormen were super attentive, very friendly and seemed to sincerely see us. The happy hour/dinner and breakfast provided surprisingly good food, lots of variety and very generous pours! Sonia was a standout and we looked forward to seeing her each evening. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Room nicely appointed and clean."

"This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is broken, from the television remote to the toilet. The sink was also clogged, the soap holder was broken, and the heater sounded like a tractor, which made it hard to sleep at night because it was so loud. Even the elevator was broken. We asked for ice and were told to go down to the lobby to get it. When I got there, they gave us a bag of ice, by the time we got to the room, the ice had melted. There was no room service and no...
