"After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

"Such kind staff. However, my first room had a terrible stench that made my eyes water and my stomach turn. Like something had burned in there and then was covered up with a strong detergent line-like smell. When I complained they were really accommodating and allowed me to move rooms. They even gave me a discounted rate for the trouble. The second room smelled sour, like pickles. Because by that point I only had 14 hours until I could leave, I stuck it out. Cons: The code I was given to unlock the front door did not work, even after they changed it (three times). To be let in, I had to call the staff and they would unlock the door remotely, every time. The location is good but does not feel safe at night. The hallway and staircase is dirty. The coffee pot did not fit the machine - it was much shorter than necessary so the coffee did not get...
