"Bexley B&B went above and beyond with our stay! Even when we had a snafu with our room code at 1am they answered the phone and helped us (we felt so bad calling at that hour). Staff were nice and friendly, the housekeeping was immaculate, and the property is right next to an excellent donut/coffee shop. We would definitely stay again!"

"The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. The luggage carts are a weird triangle shape so nothing fits on them. The sidewalks have huge cracks in them so the luggage carts will get stuck and all your luggage will fall off. There were blood stains on one of our comforters. The staff was rude, forgot our meal tickets and refused to make it right on the last morning of our stay when we realized their mistake. "The room was full of mold. The area is in one the worst neighborhoods on the East side of Columbus. I would never stay here or recommend that anyone stays here."

"This is a beautiful, well kept property. I always meet great people and enjoy the conversation over breakfast. I’ve been twice and highly recommend them. If you are traveling in summer I would not recommend the top floor. Ohio gets super hot. I went during a heat wave. The property was cool but the 3rd floor loft was a bit warm. "Nice hotel and a good stay. Only disappointment was when arriving and using valet, the valet broke a large bottle of liquor we had in the trunk for a gift. He did not apologize and just blamed it on us. That was not a great start to the stay. We also had to replace the bottle."
