"After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

"The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI."

"This hotel stay was one of the most worse experiences I have encountered. Here are a few examples of my experiences: 1. My 3-day hotel stay was charged on my credit card at my arrival and not upon checking out. 2. Outdated facility with carpet stains throughout the hotel and room. 3. Dingy bed linen, bedspread, and dingy towels with hair on them. 4. Tv remote didn't work because one battery was missing, as well as the remote’s battery covering not being attached. 5. "Had a fantastic stay at Jungle House in Downtown Columbus. The loft was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a relaxing atmosphere. The host was responsive and accommodating, and the entire check-in and check-out process was seamless. I would highly recommend Jungle House to anyone visiting Columbus and would gladly stay here again."
