"The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel seemed as if it was undergoing renovations. Some area’s were closed (pool, laundry room) and it was a little run down. Security was not great as the lock on the outside door was not working. Breakfast was there but was just basic. The online pictures were not really current."

After numerous calls to the hotel and Expedia we have still not received a refund. Expedia says hotel is wrong and hotel says Expedia is wrong. We have not gotten this resolved at all."
