"I loved literally everything about this place, including the privacy and location. It's a small hotel with only about eight rooms so it felt very private and cozy. The location is right at the base of Prague Castle, tucked away down a very pretty backstreet which is right near all the best places to walk to in Mala Strana. The staff was also so helpful and nice, especially Jana! I would easily stay here again whenever I return to Prague."

"The reason I give three stars is because the AC was not working. I had read from other reviewers that AC was not working, but they were older reviews, that means the AC was never fixed. The AC is needed during this heat. The staff tried to help by letting us the mini-bar for free, which is appreciated, but the AC is needed. Also, the hotel is right next to a nightclub, which it gets really loud at night, they don’t close until 5 a.m. so it will be hard to get any sleep. I would not stay at this...

"The staff here went above and beyond. I was there during a heat wave and the ac was not that great. They brought a portable ac for us which worked well ! I felt very spoiled. Ha Also my bf got food poisoning during his time (not from the hotel) , and the staff helped accommodate us for another night since he couldn’t travel. Very nice people. Very convenient location. Felt safe and walked a lot !"
