"Good: - Nice clean hotel. - Excellent Location. - Good staffs. - OK breakfast (vegetarian). Bad: - First night was wasted with ligths not switching off in the room, and then AC was cut-off. The staff tried to fix it the next day, and then it was okay. - VERY expensive parking. - Annoying parking, where someone has to come to you everytime you want to get in or get out of the car park."

"The hotel was fairly well kept. The room and bathroom were spacious. We didn’t hear much noise at night. The location is mixed in terms of appeal, as it is close to Termini, as well as Monti. Monti is a charming neighbourhood. We stayed two nights as this was the last stop of our two week trip. It served its purpose. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The location is perfect for site seeing with lots of walkable attractions near by or easy transit available. All the amenities were very clean. The lounge was spacious and comfortable and the hotel itself had beautiful and interesting decor. The check-in process was very easy and the staff were super helpful. Our family room was very spacious for our family of 4 and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast had hot and cold options with lots of fresh fruit and drinks available. We had a pleasant experience at Hotel Napoleon and would recommend it to family and friends."
