I was phoned about where I was staying and found the cabin easily open and ready, the manager arrived to check everything was OK.

This was a fantastic stay. Shepherds Hut was beautifully decorated and so clean. Doug and Ann were so good at communicating and checking everything was ok. It really is a fantastic place to stay and would thoroughly recommend for a few nights stay away in peace or with family. Facilities are very good. I will definately be back to stay again .

Friendly welcome and Dougie the owner couldn’t be more helpful. We arrived wet and frozen on bicycles cycling NE 250 and didn’t expect much but whole place is amazing. Accommodation is clean and has everything one needs for comfortable stay. Big bonus is games room. One of THE BEST places we have stayed.

Amazing place and hosts!!

OMG! You have to stay here! Anne & Dougie are extremely welcoming and attentive hosts. The Yurt we stayed in was so clean, comfortable and warm which was needed as it was freezing outside - the hot tub was needed! The cabin had everything we needed in it. The communal room was very well laid out with lots of entertainment for all ages. The location was perfect for a relaxing break and we will definitely be coming back!! Cannot recommend enough, the quality of the whole site is excellent!

Fantastic place!!

The site and facilities were fantastic. They have gone to enormous lengths to ensure your stay is the best experience that can be offered. Its a beautiful location, immaculately kept and the hosts couldn't do enough for us. We had a wonderful couple of days there and would not hesitate to HIGHLY recommend it!

Beautiful cabin which was absolutely spotless. It smelled so fresh and clean! Lovely quiet area and we loved the communal cabin with games and more kitchen facilities. Would absolutely stay again - for longer next time.

You NEED to go and check this place out ! 😁

Fantastic place to stay for groups of people. DO NOT miss an opportunity to stay here! Great for dogs and children. The owners are lovely and attentive, willing to help with any questions or queries. Generous amount of complimentary items which we were not expecting. Excellent facilities! Lovely and clean! Will be visiting again as soon as we can!
