"We booked a comfort room as the others weren’t available. The room is spotless, bed is comfortable, pillows are okay. But the comfort room is compact. The wardrobe is rather small. Not much of space to walk around. However the bathroom has large shower with great water pressure. I wouldn’t book Comfort room in the future. Though located in a ZTL they guided us to enable us to drop my off baggage and no park in convenient parking. "This property is a gem in the center of Siena. I was happy to learn about their “valet” parking arrangement with a garage which made arrival and departure very easy. The rooms are lovely and the staff very accommodating. Other than breakfast there are no other amenities (ie bar or 24 hr desk clerk) and one can come and go as they please with keys to the palace door!"
