"We were in town for a wedding and spent two nights. We loved the convenient location to downtown Frederick. The hotel was clean and safe. The room was spacious and provided all of the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the the gym which was bigger and had more equipment than most hotel gyms. We would recommend this hotel to others and will definitely stay here again."

"I was booked for 2 nights but I stay just 1 night and let the sonesta receptionist aware that i am checking out early but they have still charged me for 2 nights instead of 1 night. Even though I made them be aware that i have connected Expedia customer service that I can check out early but sonesta still went ahead to charged me 2 night fee. I need my refund "

Everything else was perfect. Check in was really long because a guest In Front of me had issue with 3rd party booking. Prolly should have requested him to step aside and work it out since many guests where waiting and able to check In Quickly. Eventually she did, but it was solid 15 min or more wait. "
