Holiday Inn Express Fredericksburg Southpoint by IHG
8/10 Good
"Bed was very comfortable, bathroom vanity and faucet were new. Tub/shower combo was old and not in the best condition. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast was not that great but overall a good value for the money."
"Breakfast was good, beds comfy, room dated but clean. Walls are thin and being near a staircase very noisy! People need to be more respectful of people sleeping! Not hotel fault! Dogs are allowed and can be heard barking even though they are put in rooms not near. "
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fredericksburg South (I-95), VA
4/10 Poor
"We booked a suite room for the space.
Pros: Very spacious, good water pressure, beds were decadent, continental breakfast was ok. Pool was a bit chilly.
Cons: Hot tub didn’t work, lock on adjoining door to suite was broke, door handle and lock (whole structure) to the bathroom was broke and couldn’t close the door fully without being trapped, phone didn’t work, both TVs had inputs that didn’t work and couldn’t connect devices, Fruit loops under the couch.
Front desk just added my list of things to a notebook “fix it” list that didn’t look like it had been touch in months, and said maintenance will fix it when they come in…. that’s all we got "
"The room smelled bad upon entering and there were bugs in the shower. The beds were clean and the breakfast was good just the initial bad smell and having to clean the tub before a shower was not pleasant. "
"This place is great. Easy in and out. Decent breakfast. Clean nice area. You can walk to restaurants. It’s easy and nice. I stay in fredericksburg on my way to NY from GA because this place is good. Right off freeway, no issues. "
