"I liked location, was in fredericksburg wedding dress shopping with my daughter. I mainly chose this hotel because it said breakfast buffet and showed a picture of BACON in the photo, it was no bacon very disappointed. Eggs, potatoes, sausage links, bagels, hard boiled eggs. FYI. Clean, helpful staff, location was nice."

"We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

"Spent 4 nights at the Fredericksburg Hampton Inn. I thought the room was spacious and really enjoyed the lounge sofa with the small table. It was a wonderful place to relax. The walk in shower with sliding glass doors was awesome! Used the pool once and it is very nice. There are many choices for breakfast and I really liked that they offered oatmeal, yogurt and bagels! Would definitely stay here again."

"The property is excellent; the facilities are excellent BUT some of the staff need training in hospitality especially for an exceptional property in a historic area. I have been twice in the last 3 weeks due to work, and it was the same both times. Both times, I had multiple experiences at the front desk where staff didn't even look up from what they were doing and said, "Can I help you?" with exasperated facial expressions that appeared as if I was an annoyance or chore. "Clean Room, parking excellent. The only thing is to update the washers and dryers in laundry room."

"Mel at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. We were a huge family group in town for my brother's funeral. She made the checking in problems that some of us had, dissappear. She has a great personal and her customer service was awesome. She should be front desk manager and given a huge raise!"
