"The room was clean and quiet, and though I had to use a shared toilet, the bathroom was very spacious and clean throughout my stay there. There were plenty of clean towels provided, and even a hairdryer and basic toiletries. The room was quite cold and there is no way to change the temperature of the room since it is controlled by a central air conditioning unit. "This was a great location to stay in Boston! We stayed here on our trip to see the Red Sox play. It was a 10 min drive (we ubered) to and from the stadium. Pricing for uber was not bad either! We were also able to utilize the Central stop on the red line to get to/from the hotel & airport. The staff was great, so welcoming and very nice! The place was clean and perfect for our stay. "Housekeeping needs additional training. I requested coffee service and was brought what appeared to be previously used coffee. Although this may have been an honest mistake, it is unacceptable. When I requested a clean cup, the housekeeper washed the existing cup in our bathroom and returned it instead of providing a properly sanitized replacement.
