"The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. "

"Room was clean enough, but had no USB charging ports, so bring your plug in box not just USB charge cord. Room had AC but the hallways, elevator, breakfast area, and lobby were hot as hell. This is Phoenix in the summer.... I asked about it and was told its fine by desk clerk while she had a big fan pointing right at her. I would not stay here again. "

"The beds were disgusting, covered in stains sheets and mattresses, cigarette burn holes and satin on the comforter’s, both beds, there were chunks of the wall missing from rot, the bathroom had black mold all over. There were bugs flying around in the room. I went to the front desk, and requested a refund for the night and the following night. And I was told there was nothing she could do, “her boss was gone until Monday”. This property is disgusting and stole $300 of my money. "

"The room was way smaller than it looked it the photos. The floor was so dirty that we could not walk around with socks on or barefoot without our feet getting dirty. I had to mop immediately , I was so disgusted. The bedding wasn’t clean either. The staff was friendly. My room said it would have an iron and ironing board , it didn’t but the staff provided us with one upon request. They also provided us with towels upon request. "This was one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. There isn’t one thing I can complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The best customer service I’ve ever received. The amenities were great. I love that they provided ice and water on every floor. I would definitely recommend this place 100 times over."

"The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at.
