The staff were so nice and helpful. It’s a small resort and on the other side of the island. If you’re interested in just relaxing and doing absolutely nothing, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, you can book tours, experiences, or car rental/service at the front desk for an additional fee. This is a different all inclusive where there isn’t room service or multiple restaurants to choose from. There is one bar and one restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at set times. The food and drinks are good however. It kinda forces you to interact and meet others in the resort. Overall, we met wonderful people from around the world and had a peaceful vacation.

We had the most magical time here! It’s very secluded and personal so renting a car was a great idea for us to explore the island but come back to our retreat! Everyone is so kind and the property is absolutely stunning. The food was amazing and the bar was amazing! 100/10 recommend this place to any couple looking for a retreat. I would recommend bringing bug spray you are in the forest but they do spray for bugs often but keeping them completely gone is impossible so having bug spray was very helpful for us.

My wife and I went for a romantic, quiet getaway and we definitely got that and more! What a beautiful place! We really didn’t think we would use the plunge pool as much as we did but it was great. Having the room at the very end helped in our feeling off on our own. The food was great, lots of variety and different delicious flavours. Some dinners the portions were quite small and the afternoon tea options were kind of laughable with how little variety there was. I would have liked the option to order small simple meals through the in between times. Staff were very helpful in setting up excursions and answering any of our questions, rooms were neat and tidy. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a remote, quiet getaway. If you are looking for a bustling, busy resort this one definitely is not for you. But it was perfect for us!

Anything and everything I asked for at the bar it was available. They’re very welcoming and polite. Another thing I loved was being able to take my drinks back to the room! Staff were great! They make sure you’re comfortable and okay!

I had a premium suite with a plunge poo l so I did not use the resort pool. I was very happy with my room and the stocked fridge and coffee bar. I did not like the lack of privacy in the bathroom (toilet is part of the room with a frosted glass door that does not reach the ceiling). The food was ok/edible with a few items being delicious. The happy hour snacks were lacking and should have been put in ice. They are so far out of the way of everything, they would benefit financially as well as providing for guests, from having a small convenience store that sells snacks and other needed items. They would also benefit financially and otherwise by having their own shuttle service that also provides service to/from Breeze. We had brunch at Breeze and spent the day at their pool, that was most enjoyable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would stay again and would recommend it.

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is the place for you. With Carribean island vibes, the Escape does nothing short of making sure you do escape from the norms of life. Staff were nothing short of welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much. Food was good too, and plenty of cocktails to choose from! A definite recommendation!

Positives: *If you are looking for calm, tranquality and quietness, it is ESACPE for you. * Nice weather with lots of sunshine and a good semi private beach. * Most of the staff (Enrique, Aghata, Ivana, Naisha, Charles,...) were polite, friendly and helpful. Most important their smiles. *Beach bar staff (especially Enrique) were helpful and polite. NEED TO IMPROVE: * There were limited choice from Lunch and Dinner menues. Salads need to be provided with much more quantity and in the form of buffet. * Deserts needs to improve. * Beach bar provides paninni for lunch and need to improve with fruits and salad. * Night entertainments for guests since it is an isolated place. Group activities such as Karoeki, Quizez could be very helpful.

All of the staff that we met were extremely friendly and professional, however they appear to be severely understaffed. We regularly waited over 45 minutes for meals after ordering, also we caught the boat to the local beach and the bar there was shut due to staff shortages, this meant we spent 3 hours without anything to eat or drink. The location was very remote, which we knew before we booked. Taxis booked through the hotel were extremely expensive. We hired a car with Pete’s Taxis, excellent service and major savings.

The pool with the view was perfect!!! The staff was friendly & fun! The food was delicious the service was excellent!!! Loved it here!!
