"Es gab Schimmel im Bad, alles dreckig, egal ob im Badezimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer oder in der Toiletten. Es wurde nur Oberflächlich geputzt. Der Check-In war auch nicht gut. Uns hat man gesagt, dass wir einen Link zum anmelden bekommen und das schon 2 Tage vorher, habe es aber am gleichen Tag dann erst nach 4x nachfragen bekommen und der Link kam auch erst nach dem wir in dem Apartment waren. Unfortunately we were only told the morning of arrival that the private jacuzzi on the patio was not functioning, which was the whole reason we chose this property and paid significantly more than other hotels in the area. Management offered us an extra free night but our other travel was already booked. They said they couldn’t offer a discount for our stay since we booked through hotels.com.
