"The check-in was about 8km away (which was in town and the house was out of town). When we got to the location it was not marked and we only knew it from the picture on the reservation. There was no one there which we knew but there was nothing there telling you the internet password- luckily, we saw someone else who told us. "This stay was amazing. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the amenities for the lake were awesome, and the room was very spacious as well. We unfortunately had a small gripe with how hot it was when we went. We found out later that if I had requested a fan I could’ve gotten one. The laundry machine is one tiny one for the whole building you have to pay to use in euro coins. Everything is about a 5-10 minute walk into the town. The bikes were awesome to use! Everything else was amazing...

"There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all."
