But I’m not a fancy person so I like this place and will stay again without hesitation. The only reason for a 4-star rating is that, well, it is not a 5-star hotel…but nor is the price. I like it and I will be back."

"The room was comfortable and well done. There was no heat in our room with no control for the air unit. There was also a drip coming from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. We were only there one night so I didn't call for support. "

"I had not visited the Ponds for 30 years. It has not gracefully aged. Condo unit has not been updated since it was built in the early 70s and it shows. Drafty and slightly damaged doors, slow drains in the bathrooms, furniture and rugs that show damage and age, and a clubhouse in need of updating. Front desk staff not very friendly or useful, odd because they don’t have a lot of foot traffic this time of the season. There are other similar facilities in the area that might be worth exploring versus this tired old place."
