"We were very happy with this stay at Loa. The room was very spacious, a/c worked well and the overall building was quiet and spacious as well. Large common area including a very large common use kitchen and eating area. This is located right on main street of a quiet, small community with a grocery store literally right across the street."

"The property was clean and had a lot of amenities, including a laundromat, general store and deli. The deli was wonderful! We booked the property because it has a hot tub. However, the hot tub was very dirty and cold. That was our only disappointment. Overall a very nice stay."

"The room is quite large and spacious. Fairly new carpet. Everything was clean and set up well. The hot tub is a soaking tub - no jets. The pool is nice to swim a few laps in. Plenty of deck chairs around the pool. Pool and hot soaking club are clean and neat. Covered which is great because the evening winds can pick up. The wifi was poor. "This property has recently been remodeled. The rooms are welcoming and comfortable. Personal touches, like small plants and pleasing wall hangings, set just the right tone. The staff is not on site, but the ease of contacting them and the speed of their response is great. The location not in, but close to town is a plus. "

"I loved this hotel! It was so clean. The view from my room was spectacular. There were so many nice amenities like cookies, caramels, coffee, etc. The check-in attendant was so welcoming. They had a very cute gift shop in the lobby. The artsy vibe of the hotel was so cool. The rooftop deck was great for relaxing after a long hike at Capital Reef. I will definitely be back to stay again."
