"Location perfect with easy walk to old and new town. Close to bars and restaurants on same road. Hire bikes from hotel or just down the road. Spa beautiful and staff fantastic from seasoned receptionist to bar staff on their first day. Well done."

"I stayed at the Big Sky Hotel & Spa on my way back from Milan, and this place is simply amazing! Everything about the stay was absolute perfection: 1. Location & Views: The location is incredible, featuring a breathtaking view of the glacier. 2. Spa Facilities: The spa area is top-notch, complete with both a relaxing sauna and a swimming pool. 3. Service: The staff at the reception were extraordinarily welcoming and helpful. 4. Rooms & Style: The room was huge, beautifully styled—seriously, wow!—and the overall theme throughout the hotel is wonderful. I highly recommend staying here; it is easily my favorite hotel of the season!"

"It gives you a great value for your money. Staff was extremely helpful, we stayed for 4 days and housekeeping was great, the room was clean, well maintained and spacious. The hotel is located in front of the train station and an easy 15 minutes walk of downtown, has a lot of eating choices around too."

"Good property in Annecy. However, the unit was much smaller than on the pictures. It doesn’t have ac, be aware if you travel in the summer. Very basic. Located far from the centre, so a lot of walking or using bus plus walking. Not expensive compared to more central properties. Secured parking."
