"This hotel is terrible. The staff is rude and don't communicate with each other at all. One person says one thing and the other says another. My checkout was 11:00 and as I was sitting down waiting on my taxi they were banging on my door at 10:30 asking when I was leaving. I would not stay here again! "It feels like management/ownership is leaving the staff out to dry. One day they had a pipe leak and we couldn’t get any hot water. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work because it wasn’t hooked up and never did get hooked up. Had to TRY and get ice every morning. Apparently ice is like gold there. The room was good and we had a nice view of the ocean. There were a bunch of little things that just added up turn our stay into an average one."
