"Location is excellent. Hotel was just average and over priced in my opinion. Rooms need updating. The carpets are pretty filthy in our room which was room 105 a king suite. The shower didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom. We called to have it fixed but they attempted to fix it but it didn’t fix it so to shower we had to turn the water on and off to prevent the shower from pouring over the edge and spilling onto the bathroom floor. The location is great in terms of beach access, walking the promenade and restaurants. The beach has large rocks and quite the drop off to get into the water. Killer on bare feet! We enjoyed out stay in Nice. The hotel is ok if you aren’t looking for luxury. It’s cleanish and is in great location."

"We had a quick stay here. Perfect location if you have an early flight like us. Airport is across the street. A 3 minute walk, then a free tram to Terminal 2 if thats where you fly out of. We will definitely stay here again."

"Great location, room a bit too small and shower constantly wetting the bathroom floor. Staff was very nice and the common areas are pretty."
