We had two terrible experiences that could have been very simple to rectify and it took hours of our time complaining and following up. The worst one was the toilet got clogged, we were told there was nothing they could do and with shoulder shrugs offered us the use of the lobby bathroom for our stay. "We stayed in a triple family room with three queen beds, so it was super spacious and comfortable for all of us. Overall, everything looked clean at first, but once we started noticing the little details, it didn’t feel like a deep clean had been done. For example, there was hair on the shower walls before any of us even used it, and the tub needed a quick rinse before showering. That being said, the staff was amazing!! "Breakfast was good. Staff extremely helpful with early check in and assistance at breakfast. I could make my own tea and oatmeal in the room so I could use bottled water as I have issues with tap in general. Good location for visiting in Canyon Country and Agua Dulce Vasquez Rocks. Bathroom had sink outside the toilet and shower area and it had a nice kitchen area. Not the cleanest place and wallpaper saggy but ok for a night. My view was of construction workers, but hopefully just bad timing. "

"Although the room was clean, the TV didn’t work, lights attached to bed didn’t work, despite mentioning it to reception, nothing was done about it, the entire surrounding of the motel was filthy, noise throughout the night, drug trades going on, found out from locals there was a history of murders onsite.
