"Parking was easy, Park view from room. The breakfast was skimpy, couple pieces of fruit, instant grits from a package, milk, orange juice, pkg of pastry to heat and eat. Coffee. Hot tub didn't feel clean, had a film floating on top of the water; water and shower never heated up to more than lukewarm. had ants in room, reported it and they sprayed the end table, still had ants this morning. towels were thin and looked used."

"Very clean room. Beds were extremely comfortable. The 4 pillows per bed are much appreciated. Makes a world of a sleep difference. The breakfast was excellent of scrambled eggs, two different types of sausage and the fresh brew coffee available at any hour! It is close enough to walk to all the shops, restaurants in downtown Helen. Easy walk to one of the 1 mile trails along the river. Would definitely stay here if we go back."

"The room was good except the desk was not really clean, and dust. The stairway was not clean/dirty and foul smelling. The parking lot under the building was not clean too. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Enjoyed staying in for a night! "

"The price was very good. We liked that the motel was close enough to walk to attractions and restaurant's, but far enough away to not have the noise and traffic of other visitors. The motel needs a lot of work, but was tidy. It needed a lot of updating and freshening. There was one safety concern that was addressed to the staff. The staff was polite and helpful. "
