I arrived to the hotel, the parking lot was littered and the big trash bin was over full with garbage bags on top, beside and in front of it. I go inside to check in for my reservation, the front desk staffer tells me they don't have any rooms available then asks the woman sitting in the lobby in plain clothes to verify whether they have rooms or not, which during the conversation I learn is the one who goes...
