I will say there were 2 very kind helpful girls that worked in the office there. But the others honestly were rude and did not know what they were doing. On two do the 6 days we were there we either didn’t have water or hot water for periods exceeding 8 hours and they refused to give any credit. They also charged my card twice for the same reservation bcz they had told me that we had to the do the reservation and I couldn’t use my points so we rebooked it had to pay full price and the office clerk had said she was taking the first one out of the computer but she didn’t so I got hit with both on the same day. And their answer was that I had stayed that next day. I kind of had to. They had taken my money with out my permission and I couldn’t go and pay somewhere else. Many things with just bad service
