Top Friday Harbor Hotel Reviews

Coachman Inn & Suites
8/10 Good
"Our stay was very good. I should have asked for a ground floor room as the stairs were a bit hard for us to navigate. But other than that, everything was great. Great location to everything."

Anacortes Ship Harbor Inn
8/10 Good
"The Anacortes Ship Harbor Inn is a hidden gem with old school charm of parking just out from each room. The buildings are on multiple levels for nice views of the harbor and so conveniently close to the Anacortes Ferry Harbor. Room was spacious, seems freshly remodeled and very clean. We were not able to enjoy the breakfast room. The only difficulty was the limited hours of the front desk. There is a call phone just outside, which worked to get our key activated the first night as we checked in after the desk closed. Checkout was a bit more challenging as the key no longer worked, our things were still in the room, the lobby was locked, no one answered either the red phone or the 1-800. We finally found a housekeeper who was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

Auld Holland Inn
8/10 Good
"A little overpriced for the area The beds the beds let me tell you about the beds they are in a old-fashioned bed frame attached to an old metal headboard that bangs against the wall even when you roll over so you can imagine the noise if you were doing more than sleeping that would be my biggest complaint with this room is the price and the loose bed in the 106 take the headboards off or something or charge list but thank you it was a fine state"

Anacortes Inn
6/10 Okay
"The property was remodeled from what looks like an old motel, looks decent from the outside, but looks like there is not an lot of insulation between walls/floors. We had only stayed for one night, and my only complaint was that the noise levels on the first floor was unacceptable. The footsteps right above sounded like people running around above your head/bed at the crack of dawn, which tells me this place is not well insulated. Doors were loud/creaks during opening/closing."

Rosario Village
8/10 Good
"Great service"

Earthbox Inn & Spa
6/10 Okay
"The property is well located, central and just a short walk to the ferry and downtown. The room was clean and they had daily housekeeping. Parking was easy. Coffee shop was decent. I didn’t like the room though. It’s a refurbished 1960s type building, and everything felt dated including the lighting. Plus, the bathroom was tiny and there was no closet, just an open hanger rack. The front windows, which were the only source of natural light into the room, had no secondary privacy blinds even though they opened directly onto the parking lot! For $320 a night (even for Memorial Day weekend) all that made the room way overpriced. It should have been priced at half that rate to be comparable to most places I stay. Also if you are a solo traveler with a dog, the pool house is off limits, which was a bit of a bummer since I had wanted to use the gym which happens to be inside the pool house."

Anaco Bay Inn
2/10 Terrible
"Poor layout... no bathroom on first floor...windows left wide open in bedroom (unbeknownst to me hidden by blinds so freezing all night). Only one railing for exposed stairwell. Stains and dirt everywhere (including insect infiltration behind the microwave which itself was connected to an exposed broken plug which is a fire hazard). Poorly maintained (plaster all over bathroom; doors stained). Kitchen was dirty (I couldn't use the sponge as it was smelly and disgusting). Batteries missing in the TV remote. The staff at Front Desk were polite and helpful as they could be given the circumstances, but not available in the morning or late evening. Don't recommend!"

Discovery Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was amazing and the property was close to downtown and very lovely."

Friday Harbor House
10/10 Excellent
"From checking in with Tara, to checking out with Zoe the whole experience was seamless. Karla, Abbie, Heather and Austin took great care of us in the bar/dining area. Everyone was nice and helpful, it seemed like this hotel had a well ran staff. The views are breathtaking and it is unbelievably quiet and peaceful. Room was cleaned and well stalked with everything we would need. Highly recommend and would come back again. Thank you guys for making it such a wonderful time!"
