"Everything for our short stay was great. My only suggestion is management addressing what felt like a shortage with the shuttle services. Staff handled it well and were polite but overwhelmed and we luckily caught a shuttle an hour after our flight and not being able to reach the shuttle service line. We would have had to wait at least another hour if not or get a care service. The driver was super nice and friendly and again were the staff, it was a breeze to check in and out the next morning...

"The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, which I liked. However, the room had such a musty damp odor in it. the rug appeared to be most or wet. Once I would step onto the marble or tiled flooring; it would be slippery. The breakfast was mediocre; needs more variety. The breakfast menu should take into consideration certain allergies, or possible digestive issues (e.g., IBS, gluten issues etc). "Breakfast was great! My family enjoyed our stay! The pool was so nice! Everything was clean and in good order! We will definitely stay again when in the area."

"The breakfast was ok, we decided to skip it, the elevator didn’t work one morning so we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned nor new towels, when I asked for them they told me to go down to get them. Not impressed."
