"Decoy Barn was a great place to spend our 3 nights in Norfolk. The property is fabulous with good parking ,beautiful gardens comfortable accomodation and a tasty breakfast. John and Suzanne are superb hosts at their stunning property. We strongly recommend Decoy Barn for a stay in this area."

No warning at all well this was a awful hotel so tatty and dirty. no ammenties. lots of staff but no help what so ever came home early NEVER AGAIN. so be warned save your money G Field"

"Everything abou the experience of staying there was awful booked a room with two rooms and was told there were no rooms left. So the owner had to make us wait an hour to make a single room for 4 people to share! While making the room we were told to come back later when the single room is ready. And when we came back to the hotel we entered the single room it was small smelly and had dirt and no amenities whatsoever. We had a small child with us as well. The only god thing from this awful...

"My 90 year old Mum and I stayed for one night while visiting family. The staff were all helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to meet our needs. Super comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Breakfast included speciality coffees and a good menu of choices. The sun shone for us and we enjoyed the outside spaces. We highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff were fantastic, so helpful & polite, though over the phone they said i'd be 1st room on 1st floor as i come out of lift as i'm disabled, but i was 18 doors from lift, the window rattled all night so we didn't get any sleep, but the hotel is in a good spot. Lovely & clean, close to sea life & other places "

"Welcoming helpful staff. Late-Afternoon meal needed re-cooking after not being cooked to requested quality. On return to hotel after a theatre show, found the bar already closing at 22:20 - rather early. Room was basic but clean enough. Bathroom radiator was very tatty, spoiling otherwise clean bathroom."
