Disappointing stay
I was very disappointed to find that none of the beds had been made up in our villa when we arrived. Just what I needed after a long 9 hour drive from Switzerland! Not what I would expect from 4-star accommodation. There was lots of dust and cobwebs throughout the villa so it had not been cleaned ...
