But the room was a bit tight for the three of us, and being on the top floor it was very hot which the staff had mentioned when we checked in basically saying every room was hot and it was not possible to change rooms. "Disappointing bathroom, mould around the bath and lots of chipped paint. They only service your room if you put a service sign on the door handle which we were unaware of and did not have the appropriate sign provided in our room. In my opinion, not up to the 5 star rating."

"Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly.
