"The room was a good size, clean and with nice beds. The shower water pressure was ok but not great. It would be nice if the room had a microwave. The breakfast was a bit dissappointing as it was very basic. Essentially bread, jam/jelly, cereal, cold.hard boiled eggs and yogurt. There was a panckae machine but it was slow and made tiny pancakes. It was disappointing when i tried to talk to the house keepers to ask for new towels, toilet paper and soap etc but that we didnt need the room cleaning, they seemed to understand towels, coffee, soap etc and said they would come in 10 minutes - i was stood by their trolley 2 doors from my room and asked if I could just take the supplies as i was on my way out for the day and they then decided to just bark 'no english, no english' at me which I found to be unprofessional and rude as I would have been saving them time and work. Nice rooms but we had minimal contact with the staff and very basic service and the breakfast needs improving."
