"The room was nice. The view was nice - lakeside balcony. It was for 4 of us. The room had 1 King & sofabed. We needed to request the bedding for the sofabed - not in room. We also had to request an extra set of towels. Half way through the stay we needed to ask for a 4th set of towels…they must reset with only 3. The Chophouse was ok - the selection was limited and over priced for the steaks. Teca (Italian) restaurant was reasonably priced, nice atmosphere- family enjoyed the food. The Deck...

"Beautiful place, golf in the resort is amazing. Facilities obviously outdated and need maintenance. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Restaurant is under maintenance. A great place with lots of potentials but I guess need serious investment to revamp."

"We were very happy with our stay at the resort. The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that there wasn't always someone at the front desk, so we occasionally had to wait for assistance. Also, when we requested pool towels, it took quite a while for them to be delivered. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again."

"We checked in after attending a wedding in the area. We booked through Expedia back in March. We were assigned to our rooms and were quite surprised at the condition of the rooms (on 2nd floor) and the way they smelt. Thankfully Michelle at the front desk was extremely accommodating and moved us to a room that did not smell and was in better condition. "Booked a night in one of the rooms with a jet tub, when we went to use the tub, we discovered our room had no hot water. We filled the tub to see if it would still work with cold water, in an effort to try to make the best of it, and discovered the tub didn't work at all. The overhead exhaust fan did not work either, the fireplace did not work, no hot water for the shower either. there were loose hairs and finger nail clippings on the bathroom vanity as well. "The bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats sail by. Restaurant was great and we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub for an afternoon. We stayed there as part of a golf trip to Oak Bay. We definitely would come back."
