"Convenient location to stay when attending a concert at the casino, although annoying that they jack up the prices on nights when there is a concert. The room was clean and comfortable."

"The room was adequate but the Resort needs an update. Everything needs a good cleaning. Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good but a gratuity was charged which I did not discover until checkout - annoying when I already paid a gratuity. The toilet was running and the shower drain was plugged. They were working on updating the Lobby."

"beautiful view of the lake, hot tub was nice as were the sauna's. The Spa experience was very good with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly. We were still a little off season so the full experience was not up to speed yet, but we will be returning."

"We always stay at this property when we’re in Timmins and stay in one of the chalets for usually 3-4 nights at a time. The amenities are nice, but the service is universally lacking. Both the sink in the kitchen and bathroom were leaking and when we called for assistance we were told that no one was available to assist until the next day. (The kitchen floor was very wet as we had been cleaning dinner dishes.) We enjoy the nature baths when we’re there but it took more than 30 minutes for our...
