The room was the main issue for the stay. - The bathroom was extremely basic- Cold water tap for the sink wasn't attached properly- poor quality toilet paper. The shower head is better at home than at the hotel, as is the water pressure and temperature. The water was luke warm, bordering on cold for the entirety of the stay. There was no boot holder for our soaking wet boots, making the floor wet as well at the entrance, which was very close to the bathroom. Also, had I known there would be a wedding during the stay, I would have come another time, as the children continued to make noise up and down the hallways well past the 11pm noise curfew. I will say the staff were very polite, both at the front desk, during breakfast, and dinner. I would come back for the spa alone, and stay somewhere else for less money.
