Had a great night’s sleep.

If you don’t expect the Ritz after paying YMCA prices and judge this place on what you paid, then I couldn’t not give it 5 stars. Check in was easy, the room wasn’t the biggest but it had a large, clean and comfortable bed. The en suite was small but functional and without issue. Parking was free, always a bonus, and it had air conditioning, which was a godsend. I’ve stayed at much more expensive hotels this trip that didn’t. My only moan is why provide a coffee machine but no pods or even...

It was a beautiful room very clean and inviting but unfortunately there was no lift but other than that I would definitely recommend the hotel for its high standards and location as it very close to the city centre

The room was quiet, clean and tidy, and big enough to be comfortable for the three of us. The airconditioning silently worked wonders. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel is perfectly situated for walking to see the city highlights and to easily arrive and leave the city with a car.

Beautiful room. Great location. Pet friendly. Lovely staff.

A good standard Novotel in the western suburbs of Nancy, close to main roads around the city but our room was very quiet with an inner door that also diminished any "corridor" noise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean, with toiletries supplied. Not much opportunity to eat in the surrounding district unless you can drive there but we ate in the hotel restaurant where our evening meal was good, although a bit expensive. It's also possible to take a regular bus into Nancy (20...

An oasis of calm and tranquility in the heart of the town! Easy walk to one of the best Moroccan restaurants I have ever visited! Good off road parking. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, very peaceful and a great shower. Lovely continental breakfast to start the day

Friendly helpful reception greeting Room and amenities fantastic Lovely breakfast too

New renovated hotel .Large rooms with great view .Only 15 MN to walk to city center

The reception staff were nice and very helpful with dinner options; and room 17 was a very good size to accommodate two dogs too. The breakfast room is also nice with a range of products available.

Lovely place well kept lovely people

This hotel was a really nice find, good value for money, very well located. Helpful staff. Good quality rooms. No complaints

Stayed one night. Excellent rooms which had clearly just been refurbished. The hotel was ideally placed to walk in to the city.

The staff was kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay because the room was comfortable and the bathroom was also clean. The parking is also safe and secure as there are gates.

Very clean, lovely pool, spacious room for 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Breakfast ample and delicious! Hosts welcoming and warmly. Nancy was great for a dinner out, approx 25 minutes drive to the centre. Hope to return one day.
