Bien pour un passage a Nancy.

Séjour d'affaires. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. On voit que des petites rénovation sont faites pour entretenir l'etablissement mais les parties communes ne sont plus digne d'un Mercure. Face a la gare donc pratique, pas si bruyant pour l'emplacement, l'insonorisation reste correcte. L'essentiel est là et je recommande pour un passage à Nancy grâce à son emplacement.

Everything was excellent. Great room, convenient location, and professional service. It has the feel of a hotel geared to business travelers. I would stay there again without a moment’s hesitation. The only thing missing was any warmth. The staff does not stand or sit out at the front desk, greeting guests as they enter or leave. They come out from the glass paneled office when they see someone requiring assistance. They are unfailingly professional and helpful, but very formal.

C’est une blague ?

Horrible, à part l’accueil du personnel ! J’arrive dans une chambre PMR avec les évacuations des chauffage / ventilation juste devant ma fenêtre, impossible de dormir, une vmc qui s’active en pleine nuit et qui fait le bruit d’un aspiration, résultat je me réveillé en sursaut en pleine nuit et pour finir, 2 cafards (ça y ressemblait fortement en tout cas avec de belles antennes sur la tête) que j’ai écrasé dans la salle de bain à 7h du matin. Ce n’est vraiment pas digne d’un 4 étoiles, ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel.

Bien et propre

Mon séjour c’est bien passé mais très Bruyant au niveau de la rue : Travaux, bus, … Personnel sympathique. J ai pris demi pension sauf que ce n’est pas préciser en détail. Demi pension normalement quand j’en fait c’est le repas complet avec une boisson. On doit choisir entre : Entrée + plat ou entrée + dessert ou plat + dessert et sans boisson. Dommage. Je ne pense pas refaire de demi pension. J’ai été déçu.
