"We had ten nights at the hotel and I can honestly say it was faultless. The staff are wonderful, the bedrooms comfortable and so roomy and the whole hotel is exceptionally clean. There is a palpable sense of pride in the hotel which is reflected in how well it is run and maintained. We shall definitely return."

"Although a small apartment kitchen/dining, shower room and bedroom. Good balcony overlooking pool and out to see with uninterrupted views of those magnificent sunsets. You do need to hire a car. Although limited utensils we could make our own breakfast. Although there is breakfast available at 15€ pp. Plenty of places to eat locally all drivable. "

Man ist schnell am Hafen von Fiskardo, welcher viel zu bieten hat. Das Badezimmer könnte mal etwas aufgefrischt werden. Ansonsten alles gut. Danke!"

"Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. "Panos and his wife wet were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and most helpful. The room was cleaned every day, had a small but adequate (for us) tv and a lovely, quiet air conditioning unit. A 5 minute walk or 10 minute stroll to the harbour and the tavernas. Located up a little bit of an incline but I managed it well enough even while carrying a weeks supply of water for 2 and I’m 68."

"We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. "Our hosts, Popi and Panis were extremely kind and attentive. They served us a daily delicious breakfast. The villa is in a great location in Assos! It's just a block away from the town center. There's 3 parking areas. You'll need to know where they are when you arrive. I highly recommend staying here! We loved it!"

"The accommodation was right on the picturesque harbour front and a 2 minute walk away from the port. We only stayed overnight as we were travelling on to Lefkada the following day but everything was perfect. Nice restful night's sleep after the journey from Yorkshire. "Perantzada was the centerpiece of my time on Ithaca. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with bright blue walls, flowers everywhere, breathtaking views over the harbor, and the perfect location—just a short walk into town while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. "Great property and location.Our room was on the second floor offering great ocean views. 10 min walk to the Main Street with shops and restos. 15-20 min walk to Makri Gialo beach with crystal blue turquoise water and sandy beach. Fabulous pool with sunbeds and full bar for drinks and snacks. 10 min drive to the main city of Argostoli with greater choices. In all a wonderful stay in Kefalonia."

The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night.
