We had a wonderful stay at this hotel two nights ago. Everything felt new, fresh, and exceptionally clean, with beautiful décor throughout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Rune, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but I have never experienced such warmth and hospitality as shown by Dani and Linda. Top-notch hotel, absolutely blown away by the beautiful views, amazing food and excellent service. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The evening meal was devine and the breakfast was tasty too. And the heated outdoor pool at the spa with the mountain views, wow what an incredible experience! I was sad to only be able to stay here one night but I hope to be back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Switzerland!

Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.

Just fabulous. View from the pool and bar is spectacular over the lake and it’s just a short stroll from the harbour- loved it.

The hotel is right by the station which is very handy for a multi centre holiday and it is very central for everything you may want to do in Bern. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The roof terrace is beautiful and the rooms are really well equipped really comfy beds and brilliant showers. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on that, breakfast was 40 chf per head which seemed a lot so we used local cafes instead. everything is great, view, people and room

Such a cute little property. We stayed for one night as a travelling group of three females. We stayed in a room made up for three and it was so cosy and well presented. Staff were really friendly and super happy to have us there. Would recommend particularly for the cable car to Oeschien which is literally across the road! Excellent, thankyou!
