"The Holiday Inn in Ruckersville is farther outside of Charlottesville than I would normally stay when visiting that city, but was necessary due to a concert causing all the rooms closer in to be booked. It was convenient to the main route into the city on 29, provided a very clean room and acceptable breakfast. The pool was outdoor and so not yet open at the time I visited."

"We were scheduled to stay 2 nights at Country Inn in Charlottesville. The first night was ok. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Our only issues that night were minor. 1. The temp in the shower couldn’t be regulated. It was scalding hot or Luke warm/cool. There water spurted and pipes bang at where the proper temp should have been. 2. The power went out the second day due to a storm. We arrived back at the hotel around 8pm and there was no power. We’d been...

"Refused to stay in this place"

"The property, staff and facility was excellent. We were only disappointed with no ice machine being available. We did have an automatic ice marker in the refrigerator in our room but was slow and were really wanting to relax with a small drink before retiring for the evening. A small inconvenience when everything else was so very nice."

"Easy access. Strange odor in the common area and slightly into the rooms. Only (3) towels provided for a room that sleeps (4). No towel/rug for the bathroom floor provided which creates a slippery situation - especially with kids! Bugs found in the pull out bed."
